ESOL College International provides English language education, Cambridge English examination preparation, and related educational services. Enrolment in any course is subject to availability and completion of the registration process, including payment of applicable fees. Course fees must be paid in full before the commencement of classes unless an instalment plan has been formally agreed upon. Fees are non-refundable once the course has commenced, except in circumstances outlined in our refund policy.

Students are expected to maintain regular attendance and adhere to our code of conduct. ESOL College International reserves the right to refuse admission or discontinue the enrolment of any student who fails to comply with institutional rules and regulations.

Examination registration is subject to the rules and deadlines set by Cambridge Assessment English and the British Council. ESOL College International acts as a preparation centre and registration facilitator; examination policies, results, and certification are governed by the respective examining bodies.

While we make every effort to ensure the accuracy of information published on our website, ESOL College International does not guarantee that all content is complete, current, or error-free. Course schedules, fees, and programme details are subject to change without prior notice.

ESOL College International shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of our website or services, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.
