Effectiveness of Cambridge YLE Preparation Methods: A Comparative Study

This paper compares three distinct approaches to preparing young learners for Cambridge YLE examinations: traditional classroom instruction, blended learning with digital tools, and immersive activity-based learning. Results from 200 students across four ESOL College branches indicate that the blended approach yields the highest average shield scores while maintaining student engagement.

Impact of Early English Immersion on Academic Performance in Sri Lankan Primary Schools

This study examines the correlation between early English language immersion programmes and overall academic performance among primary school students in the Western Province of Sri Lanka. Data collected over three academic years from 450 students shows a statistically significant positive correlation between structured English immersion starting before age 7 and improved performance across all subjects by age 12.
