With around 100 teachers across our branches, ESOL brings together educators with diverse academic backgrounds, professional qualifications and classroom experience. This breadth of expertise enables us to support learners across different ages and stages of English language development.

Our teaching community includes educators with qualifications and professional backgrounds such as TKT, CELTA, Bachelor of Arts in English, TESL, Primary Education and other relevant academic and professional qualifications — diverse pathways that contribute to a rich pool of knowledge and teaching experience within the organisation.

We recognise that professional development is an ongoing journey. Through teacher training, academic guidance, evaluation, peer learning and continuous professional development, we support our teachers in refining their classroom practices and responding effectively to the evolving needs of our students.
