Kindergarten is the preliminary level where young children are taught the alphabet and vocabulary related to each letter. Foundational concepts such as numbers, shapes and colours are also taught in detail during this level. By the end of the level, young learners are expected to confidently identify these elements. This is achieved through guided teaching, revision tests and engaging in-class activities.
