Talking Titans Workshop: Building Confidence in Public Speaking

ESOL College International's signature public speaking workshop, Talking Titans, returned for its fifth consecutive year with record participation from students across all four branches.

The workshop was structured into three segments: storytelling fundamentals, impromptu speaking challenges, and a final presentation competition. Students from each branch competed in age-appropriate categories, with winners receiving certificates and book vouchers.

Key Highlights

• Over 200 students participated across all branches
• Guest speaker Ms. Dilhani Perera, a national debate champion, delivered the keynote address
• 12 finalists presented original speeches on topics ranging from environmental conservation to technology in education

The event demonstrated the remarkable growth in confidence and communication skills that students develop through our programmes. Many parents noted significant improvements in their children's ability to express themselves clearly and confidently.
